ACE has announced the appointment of Carl Faulkner as its European e-Commerce Manager.
In his new role, Carl will work closely with ACE’s Underwriting and Business Development teams across the UK and Europe. He will be responsible for developing the distribution of ACE’s products both through its own online system ACE Online and strategic alliances with key market players.
Carl has a strong e-commerce background in the financial services industry and before joining ACE in 2006 as e-Commerce Manger for Continental Europe, he developed e-commerce offerings for a number of companies including Allianz Group and Egg.
Commenting on the appointment, Andrew Kendrick, ACE European Group Chairman and CEO said: “Carl will be instrumental in driving ACE’s use of e-Commerce to offer even greater levels of service and efficiency to our broker partners.

ACE Online is also proving successful in providing small to medium sized clients with access to our specialty products - such as Directors & Officers and Excess Casualty.
